Boosta Digital is based in Christchurch, New Zealand. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we look after it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you contact us through an enquiry form or by email, we collect the details you choose to share: usually your name, email, phone number, website and what you need help with.

When you visit the site, we also collect general information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how you found us, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. This is collected using cookies (see below).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together. We don't sell your data.

• Understanding your business so we can recommend the right option
• Keeping a record of our conversation if we go on to work together
• Understanding how people use the site, so we can improve it
• Measuring and improving our own advertising

Services we use

We use a few trusted services to run this website. Some of them store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States.

• Formspree receives the enquiry forms on this site and emails them to us.
• Google Tag Manager loads our analytics and advertising tools.
• Google Analytics shows us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) helps us measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested, including people who have visited this site.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use them to recognise repeat visits and measure how our ads perform. They don't tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and adjust your Facebook ad preferences.

Your ad accounts

Accounts we set up or manage for you are created in your name and remain your property. Ad spend goes directly through your own account.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you, or for as long as we work together, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@boostadigital.com.
